A Christmas Carol - a great success!

Our December production of Tom Smith's adaptation of A Christmas Carol was a great success, playing to near full houses for all performances. Sarah Marshall must be congratulated for directing a large cast (34 roles spread over a cast of 23) so expertly. It was particularly pleasing to see so many new members taking part and performing with aplomb. Scrooge and Marley Steve Allen and Mike Ames
This was one of the few shows over the years where we have had children involved and a particular mention must go to them for their excellent performances: Daniel Alexander, Charlie Nightingale Carter-Cuss, Thomas Harbige,  Ethan Kelly, Devon McLeary, and Lexia Maria Petrou.

Jenny Chandler from NODA reviewd the show and her review can be seen at https://www.noda.org.uk/events/reports/a_christmas_carol_33.

We move on now to our plans for 2017. We have three shows planned, a comedy in late March / early April at The Chrysalis Theatre, followed by a Summer production at a venue to be decided. Then in December we are hoping to stage a new version of Alice in Wonderland adapted and directed by Mike Ames. Full details of all our events will be posted on the web site as they become available.
