As you might imagine Box Office receipts are variable and we have to defray the expenses of venue, costume, scenery, transport and so on. Therefore we look to get whatever help we can from the wider community and we are delighted to have forged excellent partnerships with many local organisations and trades people.
Putting on a production is costly. In addition to the annual overheads, the hire of our rehearsal space, insurance, and storage costs; the specifics for each show - venue hire, performance licence fees, lighting, costumes, props and all the bits and pieces that go to put on a successful production - can easily come to a figure in excess of £3000.
Yet in our role as a charity we aim to keep ticket prices low to ensure that our shows are accessible to all. This means that we do rely on the support of donors and sponsors to ensure that our production values remain consistently high. We are enormously grateful to those who have helped us.
CURENTLY SEEKING: Storage sponsor! Could you be our next partner? We desperately need space to keep all our constructed set and props that is dry, accessible and safe. Do you know of somewhere with power and water in the MK area that we might use? Or can you help support us financially hiring such a space?
We are pleased to recognise the following organisations who have supported us over the years:
